Dude, If I had a perfect body, why would I want to lose weight? I don’t fucking have a perfect body! I’m ugly, I feel ugly and I feel fat. It’s my decision. Not yours! You haven’t my body and you can’t feel what I feel. So shut the fuck up and just watch me like I losing my weight and I getting happier with my body. Ok?

I only apply my strict body standards to myself. I think other girls look AMAZING all curvy and shit and I do not judge them by their weight or body type whatsoever. I only need myself to be tiny.

Alright, we all fast. Some do it for 12 hours, some for 72 hours.
What happens when I fast?
First 3-6 hours:
-your body is using up all the sugar and carbs (glucose) in your body. You feel normal. It’s all good.
6-36 hours
-your body is now using fat cells (and will continue to do so after this point as well) but it’s not what your brain wants, so you might be craving foods like pasta and bread and very sweet things because your brain literally thrives on carbs and such
After 36 hours:
-your body is now using PROTEIN to get its energy, you might be experiencing muscle cramps because your body is breaking down muscles and fat to get the energy it needs.
Tips:
-drink water!! Not only does it keep you healthy but your body is losing a ton of water because carbohydrates cling to water, so when they’re being used, so is the water.
-drink 0 cal vitamin water. You need vitamins especially if you’re doing a particularly long fast. It keeps your brain healthy along with everything else.
-if you feel like you’re going to pass out, but do not want to eat, you may have low blood sugar. A spoon full of honey should help (or a small bottle of juice)
-after 36 hours of 0 cal fasting, if you still don’t want to break the fast, try doing a liquid one (so things like fruit juice, watered down tomato soup, almond milk etc)
-IF YOU ARE DRIVING DURING A FAST, DONT! Your reaction time, and overall reflexes/thought processes are hindered MAJORLY after about 15 hours.
-gum. sugar free gum is a life saver when cravings pop up (normally about 17 hours in for me)
-coffee/caffeine pills/diet pills are all great 0 cal appetite suppressants !
-0 cal sweeteners like Splenda can make water or green tea taste great.
After Fasting:
Your stomach should have shrank if you fasted more than 15 hours, so when breaking a fast:
-try something high carb, low cal, such as plain oatmeal (100) and half a banana with cinnamon (60)
-eat it slowly so that you have time to register that you’re full, a too full stomach after a fast hurts!
-then wait at least 3 hours before your next meal, which should include some protein
-make sure you don’t binge!!

So here are some of my favorite tips that I find really helpful (and true) for being thin…
#1 Drink a cup of water right after you wake up, it gets your stomach working
#2 Don’t drink diet coke, it still has sugars in it
#3 Take contrast showers (hot water, cold water, hot water…) it gets your blood flowing and fat burning
#4 Spinach has a very little amount of calories
#5 If you don’t like sports or exercise take up walking. IT BURNS CALIRIES AND DOES SO MUCH GOOD
#6 For fat burning the best exercise is intensive fitness (or any kind of cardio) or power yoga.
#7 Don’t eat 4 hours before sleep
#8 Always eat breakfast. If not, your body turns on suvivior mode and saves calories
#9 Get a good night sleep
#10 Drink green tea
#11 Eat nuts and avacados but remember, they have fat. Healthy fat but still fat.
#12 Avoid salt
#13 Avoid sweetened yoghurt, they might say that it’s healthy or something but buying non-fat or sugar yoghurt and adding jam or berries is so much better
#14 This is a hard one… Don’t weight yourself every day, you’ll go crazy. Weight doesn’t change that fast
#15 Don’t stress if you’re not losing weight, sometimes you build muscle mass and burn weight but fat and muscle looks completly diffrent
#16 Taking a fast day once in a while is not bad but once you don’t eat for 6 hours your metabolism slows down and you loose less calories
#17 Eat as little processed foods as possible (pasta, rice, meat, sauces…)
#18 Don’t eat sugary foods also don’t drink sugary drinks. Even juices, they have lots of sugar. Drink water, tea or fresh squeezed juices.
#19 Pineapple burns calories
#20 Half a grapefruit before
breakfast helps you burn fat
#21 When picking out food seasoning choose something without salt
#22 Buy jeans that are a little bit too tight, it’ll keep you motivated
#23 Sit with your back straight and abs flexed. That way you’ll strenghten your abs
#24 Don’t just do 300 crunches and hope for a flat belly. No muscle needs that many repititions, take up diffrent ab workouts.
#25 Don’t eat when you’re not hungry
#26 Drink a big glass of water before every meal
#27 Eat as slow as possible. Chew everything till it’s almost liquid, then swallow.
#28 Stop eating before you’re full.
#29 Don’t drink while eating or right after the meal. When you eat, you’re lighting a fire ir your sromach, as you’re drinking you’re flushing it.
#30 Keep yourself busy. Go wor a walk or a bike ride. Go shopping. Meet a friend. If you’ll sit at home watching tv shows, you will be more likely to stary binging

I’ve always been “that chubby friend”, all the girls seem to have. The goddamn insecure piece of human being. My bestfriend used to call me fat when we were little. And I was fat. This is so unfare: she’s naturally skinny and pretty, has perfect skin. Me, on the other hand…

I have naturally thick ankles (bone structure)so my legs are not that elegant

“She is better”
I remember the moment I realised that I became chubby. It was painful. Having slim body, not worrying about my weight was so effortless. And then this happened. I got depressed.
“Damn,” I thought , “I’ve never had a boyfriend. Nobody ever found me attractive. Nobody ever loved me.”
Well, I was a massive crying slob of attention-seeking insecure teen.
Four years forward, I started to love myself again. Lost some weight (From 63 kg to 58kg(138 lbs - 127 lbs)). That is the time I got first mutual crush. Not gonna tell you the whole story, but we weren’t together for very long. I was hurt. Gained all the weight back. I’m afraid to admit that I might still have some feelings for him. I don’t really know. But that is not the point.
I’m sick of being chubby, unattractive. I wanna love my body, like I did a long time ago. I wanna be proud.
This is my chance to show everyone that I CAN be slim and beautiful. I just need time and inspiration.
I don’t do it to “fit in”
I don’t do it to “just be skinny”
I don’t do it to “impress some boys”
I have my own reasons.
Everyone does.
I’m 16, my goal weight is 116 lbs (53 kg). I started this with 137 lbs.
